Paid Subscription Claim. (i) All Settlement Class Members who paid Zoom for a Zoom Meetings App subscription between March 30, 2016 and the Settlement Date and had United States-based billing addresses will be eligible to file a Paid Subscription Claim for the greater of (a) 15% of the total amount of money they paid to Zoom for the core Zoom Meetings App subscription (i.e., not including optional add on features/support that customers may add to their subscriptions) between March 30, 2016 and the Settlement Date and (b) $25 (such claims are referred to herein as “Paid Subscription Claim(s)”.

Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server.   • Subscription Procedure Each Investor, by providing his or her name and subscription amount and clicking “accept” and/or checking the appropriate box on the Platform (“Online Acceptance”), confirms such Investor’s investment through the Platform and confirms such Investor’s electronic signature to this Agreement. Investor agrees that his or her electronic signature as provided through Online Acceptance is the legal equivalent of his or her manual signature on this Agreement and Online Acceptance establishes such Investor’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Settlement Class In the event of such dispute, the party raising the dispute shall be limited to seeking declaratory relief, and to no other form of relief.   • Subscription Service PROS warrants that during the Subscription Term, the Subscription Service will conform in all material respects to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy will be the deployment of a corrected version of the PROS software application that is the object of the Subscription Service, or provision of a workaround, provided however if PROS fails to provide such remedy after using commercially reasonable efforts, Customer may exercise its rights herein for breach of contract, including, but not limited to, termination pursuant to Section 10.2.

  • Notice to Class Members 8.4.1 No later than three (3) business days after receipt of the Class Data, the Administrator shall notify Class Counsel that the list has been received and state the number of Class Members, PAGA Members, Workweeks, and Pay Periods in the Class Data.

  • ODUF Pack Rejection 6.4.1 Image Access will notify BellSouth within one (1) business day of rejected packs (via the mutually agreed medium). Packs could be rejected because of pack sequencing discrepancies or a critical edit failure on the Pack Header or Pack Trailer records (e.g., out-of-balance condition on grand totals, invalid data populated). Standard ATIS EMI error codes will be used. Image Access will not be required to return the actual rejected data to BellSouth. Rejected packs will be corrected and retransmitted to Image Access by BellSouth.

  • The Rights Offering Following the First Closing, the Company will commence a rights offering providing holders of record of the Common Stock on the day prior to the First Closing Date with the right to invest in Common Stock at the same price per share paid by the Purchasers and the Anchor Investors (the “Rights Offering” and together with the Equity Investment, the TARP Exchange and the Exchange Offers, the “Recapitalization”). The rights will be non-transferable and will provide for the purchase of a maximum of $20,000,000 worth of Common Stock by such existing stockholders.
