The Consultant shall be aware that the City has a Paid Sick Time and Safe Time ordinance that requires companies to provide employees who work more than 240 hours within a year inside Seattle, with accrued paid sick and paid safe time for use when an employee or a family member needs time off from work due to illness or a critical safety issue.
