Paid Leave for Personal Business. a. All full-time teachers will be entitled to two (2) days of personal leave with pay to be credited at the beginning of each school year. In the event a teacher does not complete the school year, the current year’s personal leave will be pro-rated on the following scale: 93 to 183 days worked = 2 days of personal leave 45 to 92 days worked = 1 day of personal leave Current year personal leave days already spent at the time of termination will be recuperated by the Xxxxxx City School District from the final check or if the employee is returning, following an approved leave of absence, as a deduction from the next year’s annual accrual.
