Common use of Packet Size Clause in Contracts

Packet Size. For writes from the Host Controller to an endpoint (OUT and SETUP), the size of the data packet that is sent to an endpoint is always the smaller of MaximumPacketSize and the remaining data in the buffer. For reads from the endpoint to the Host Controller (IN), the size of the data packet is determined by the endpoint.
