Supplier will comply with HP’s Global Trade and Logistics Requirements (“TLR”) and HP’s Environmental Packaging requirements set forth in: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/index.php/documents/regulati on-docs/2255-supplement-no-1-to-part-740-country- groups-1/file. Any cost or expense incurred by HP due to Supplier’s failure to comply with HP’s TLR and HP’s Environmental Packaging requirements shall be the sole responsibility of Supplier. “DDP” (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterm for which the Supplier is responsible to import the items into the said country paying all costs for everything and making all the arrangements for delivery subject to Supplier having capability / requisite import registrations / licenses / VAT / registrations, where applicable, for importing / selling in the destination country, as mutually agreed under the purchase agreement.
