Common use of Ownership of Documents, Data and Files Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Documents, Data and Files. All documents in any form, data studies, computer files of any type, database records, and reports that are produced by the Architectural Designer under this Contract are to be the property of the School District, and shall remain the property of the School District, except as otherwise delineated in Paragraph 3.17.1.
