O2 Solutions continues to own the copy of the SOFTWARE contained on the disk and all other copies that you are authorized by this LICENSE to make. Your rights to the SOFTWARE are specified in this LICENSE, and O2 Solutions retains all rights not expressly granted to you in this LICENSE. O2 Solutions hereby grants to you, and you accept, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy and modify the SOFTWARE only as authorized below.
