Enterprise License. The large corporations with revenue more than $500 million and large government entities must purchase an Enterprise License. An Enterprise license is also applicable if any target customer of your product using the Software have revenue more than $500 million. Enterprise License. Allows Application to be built and utilized on the number of Server licenses purchased, with such servers being designated only for use on either a production or non-production server, in accordance with the specified licenses purchased. Associated SDKs under Enterprise License may only be distributed internally for a single company’s usage and internal development purposes. The Enterprise License is solely for the internal use purposes of the specified enterprise receiving such license, such that any and all re-distribution, transfer, or sublicensing to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Enterprise License. If the Software has been licensed on an Enterprise License basis, then the following additional terms and conditions shall apply:
Enterprise License. If you purchase an ENTERPRISE license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, then the XXXX extends to include all software developers within the purchasing organization regardless of their location.
Enterprise License. Licensee may install the Software on any and all Computers and Networks worldwide and allow use by an unlimited number of Users;
Enterprise License. The Software may be used for commercial or noncommercial purposes.

Subject to the payment of the fee required for a Commercial Developer License and subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, We grant to You a revocable, non- transferable and non-exclusive license (i) for up to one hundred (100) developers within Your organization to install and use the Software on any workstations used exclusively by such developers and (ii) for You to install and use the Software in connection with unlimited domains and sub-domains on unlimited servers, solely in connection with distribution of the Software in accordance with sections 3 and 4 below. This license is not sub- licensable except as explicitly set forth herein.
Enterprise License enables organisations of all sizes to use the product and includes a one-year subscription for updates and support (see Section 5). This license allows for products to be distributed by OEM partners and multiple SBUs.
Enterprise License. An Enterprise License authorizes User (but not its subsidiaries, affiliates or related entities) to install and operate Software on any server owned and operated by User, and to synchronize with any directories or other data sources.
Enterprise License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including, without limitation, Articles 2 (as they apply to each individual Licensed Product), 3 and 7) the Licensing Administrator hereby grants to an Enterprise Licensee those licenses granted under Sections 2.1 and 2.2 herein and/or those licenses granted under Sections 2.3 through 2.6 (for which a separate royalty is payable pursuant to the terms of Subsection 3.1.7).
