Common use of Ownership Interest Clause in Contracts

Ownership Interest. The Seller shall take all necessary action to establish and maintain a valid and perfected first priority undivided percentage ownership interest in the Receivables and the Related Security and Collections with respect thereto, to the full extent contemplated herein, in favor of the Agents and the Purchasers, including, without limitation, taking such action to perfect, protect or more fully evidence the interest of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Groups hereunder as any Agent may reasonably request.

Ownership Interest.
