OWNERSHIP AND RISK. 8.1 The risk of loss or damage to the product the subject of the service rests with Miele for the duration of the service and passes to the customer upon the delivery or collection of the relevant product. The risk of loss or damage to the parts replaced in the product in the course of the service passes to the customer upon the delivery or collection of the relevant product containing the parts.
