Common use of Overtime on Holidays Clause in Contracts

Overtime on Holidays. If an employee is required to work on any of the said holidays or Sundays, he shall be paid for the holiday plus time and one half his regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked. During single collection, employees required to work on Saturday, to make up for collection not made due to the holiday, shall be paid time and one-half their regular hourly rate of pay for each Saturday.
