Common use of Overtime for Part Clause in Contracts

Overtime for Part. Time Employees‌ Part-time employees working less than seven hours per day, and who are required to work in excess of their regularly scheduled hours, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked up to and including seven hours in the working day. Regular overtime rates shall apply after seven hours in the day and for all work performed on Statutory holidays and days off designated by the College. Any employee working more than 35 hours in a week shall receive overtime after the 35 hours.
