Overtime And Call-Out Provisions. (a) Maximum Regular Hours Schedule "A" and "C" employees working less than eight (8) hours per day, or ten (10) hours per day for employees working 4 x 10 hour days per week, and Schedule "B" employees working less than seven (7) hours per day, shall be paid at straight time rates for all hours worked up to eight (8), ten (10) and seven (7) hours respectively, then overtime rates shall prevail.

  • Callout Provisions Regular employees who are called back to work outside normal hours, shall be compensated for a minimum of four (4) hours at the applicable overtime rates, and will be reimbursed at applicable mileage rates for portal-to-portal transportation. A callout is not an extended shift.

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Overtime Provisions (a) Time worked as an extension to the regular scheduled shift or time worked in a bi-weekly pay period that is in excess of seventy-five (75) hours shall be compensated at a rate of one and one-half times (1½ x) the Nurse’s regular hourly rate for the overtime worked. A Nurse who works in excess of four (4) hours overtime in any one day shall be compensated at a rate of two times (2 x) the Nurse’s regular hourly rate for the overtime worked.

  • PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

  • WAGE AND HOURS PROVISIONS If this is a public work contract covered by Article 8 of the Labor Law or a building service contract covered by Article 9 thereof, neither Contractor's employees nor the employees of its subcontractors may be required or permitted to work more than the number of hours or days stated in said statutes, except as otherwise provided in the Labor Law and as set forth in prevailing wage and supplement schedules issued by the State Labor Department. Furthermore, Contractor and its subcontractors must pay at least the prevailing wage rate and pay or provide the prevailing supplements, including the premium rates for overtime pay, as determined by the State Labor Department in accordance with the Labor Law. Additionally, effective April 28, 2008, if this is a public work contract covered by Article 8 of the Labor Law, the Contractor understands and agrees that the filing of payrolls in a manner consistent with Subdivision 3-a of Section 220 of the Labor Law shall be a condition precedent to payment by the State of any State approved sums due and owing for work done upon the project.

  • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.

  • Make-up Time Provisions Subject to Agency operating requirements and supervisory approval, employees who do not work pursuant to Sections 2 and 5 of this Article may make-up part or all of their work time missed during the same workweek. In no instance will time worked during the make-up period result in overtime being charged to the Agency. The Employer/Agency shall not be liable for any penalty or overtime payments when employees are authorized to make up work.
