Common use of Overload Compensation Clause in Contracts

Overload Compensation. For an overload assignment awarded in accordance with Article, Sections 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5, a faculty member shall receive $70.00 retroactive to the beginning of the 2010-2011 academic year per overload point for teaching overloads (except as otherwise provided for accredited Health Science Programs).

For an overload assignment awarded in accordance with ArticleArticle 8, Sections 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5, a faculty member shall receive $70.00 retroactive to the beginning of the 2010-2011 academic year 60.00 per overload point for teaching overloads (except as otherwise provided for accredited Health Science Programs).

Overload Compensation. For an overload assignment awarded in accordance with ArticleArticle 8, Sections 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5, a faculty member shall receive $70.00 retroactive to the beginning of the 2010-2011 academic year 73.00 per overload point for teaching overloads (except as otherwise provided for accredited Health Science Programs). The overload rate will increase to $74.00 per overload point for teaching overloads in the 2020-21 year and to $75.00 per overload point for teaching overloads in the 2021- 22 year. Changes in the overload rate are subject to funding availability.
