OVERBOARD DISCHARGE. The discharge of materials overboard from a Vessel is highly regulated. Overboard discharge of human waste, including the pumping of heads and holding tanks into the water of the Marina is illegal and strictly prohibited. In most cases, the Marina provides holding tank pumpout service at the dock or via the DEP pumpout boat.
OVERBOARD DISCHARGE. No overboard discharge of any kind is allowed. No macerators are allowed to be used. If boat has a macerator it must be disconnected while boat is docked in marina. Bathrooms on land are for your personal use. Your cooperation in helping keep these rooms clean is greatly appreciated.
OVERBOARD DISCHARGE. No garbage, oil, gasoline, sludge, refuse material, sewage, and/or waste material of any kind shall be thrown, discharged, deposited, or permitting to fall from any boat while in the Marina. In accordance with applicable law, the toilet facilities of any boat which empty into the water shall not be used while such boat is in the Marina.
