Outside of Tribal and Trust Lands. Except as provided at § XII(A)(1), the Tribe, Tribal Members and Tribal Entities operating as retailers anywhere in the State outside of Tribal and Trust Lands shall collect and remit sales tax and use tax to the State in accordance with State procedures generally applicable to retail sellers.
