Common use of Outside Groups Clause in Contracts

Outside Groups. When a Board-owned facility is being used by an outside group, and the Board, at its sole discretion, determines custodial support is necessary, a custodian shall be given the first opportunity to work and shall be paid according to this Section. An “outside group” shall be defined as either a group not affiliated with the Board or any group required by the Board to pay for use. Booster groups and parent association (PTA, PTO, etc.) are considered outside groups. The Board will utilize an authorization form which will identify the outside group.
