Common use of Outside Groups Clause in Contracts

Outside Groups. When an employee is required to perform routine work related to special events for non-school related groups, they shall be paid at one and one-half (1 1/2) times their rate of pay, or compensatory time off, provided there is no unpaid leave in that work week.
