Outside Employment Statement. An EMPLOYEE who wishes to engage in outside employment must file an Outside Employment Statement with the Director of Human Resources. All Outside Employment statements on file in the Human Resources Department will be annually reviewed by the City Manager in accordance with the guidelines in Section C.
