Outside Employment – Police Employment. A. Outside police employment shall be limited to off-duty police employment on any property or in any facilities which are under the guidance, supervision, regulation, or control of the University or a direct-support organization of the University in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1012.97, F.S. Employees engaged in, or anticipating, outside police employment shall seek permission from the Chief Administrative Officer, whose decision will be in accordance with the policy established by the University on such matters.
