Common use of Outside Employees Clause in Contracts

Outside Employees. When a vacancy occurs inside the bargaining unit the Employer shall notify the employees by posting a notice on the bulletin board. The Employer shall also post notices in respect to vacancies in positions up to and including Manager of Operations. When the Employer does not intend to fill the vacancy, it shall advise the Union of its decision.

The Employer shall also post notices in respect to vacancies in positions up to and including Manager of Operations. No vacancies shall be posted or filled during the two (2) week vacation period described in Article 15.09. When the Employer does not intend to fill the vacancy, it shall advise the Union of its decision.
