Outreach Programs. As used in this Agreement, the terms "yen" and "¥" mean the currency of Japan, and the term "Consultants" includes individual consultants as well as any consulting firm that provides any of the experts referred to in Section 1.01.
Outreach Programs. In addition to The First Tee Life Skills Experience, The First Tee has created TARGET Outreach, The First Tee National School Program and The First Tee DRIVE, and may create other The First Tee branded programs delivered by others (taken together, the “Outreach Programs”). The Chapter acknowledges that The First Tee has created these Outreach Programs that may be established within the Service Area from time to time as an enhancement to The First Tee Program, with the Chapter’s sponsorship or consent in each instance. The Chapter will support the implementation of Outreach Programs by aligning Chapter resources and coordinating these outreach opportunities as part of the overall The First Tee Program in the Service Area, including to: (i) develop promotional relationships with participating schools, youth-serving organizations and sponsors, (ii) create opportunities for interested Outreach Program participants to transition to the Chapter’s golf facility Program Locations, (iii) coordinate with The First Tee to develop funding opportunities that will allow for continued market expansion where feasible, and (iv) reach the number of outreach participants each calendar year as specified in the approved Strategic Plans (minimum 3,000 annually).

Outreach Programs. During the term of this Agreement, Owner agrees to develop and implement an outreach program for minority and women business enterprises. Furthermore, the Owner will maintain the records of such outreach program, including the data indicating the racial/ethnic or gender character of each business entity receiving a contract or subcontract of $25,000 or more, as well as additional details regarding the amount of the contract, subcontract, and documentation of Owner’s steps to assure that minority business and women’s business enterprises have an equal opportunity to compete for contracts and subcontracts as sources of supplies, equipment, construction and services.
Outreach Programs. At Helena College, the Continuing Education program is dedicated to providing quality educational experiences to Helena and the surrounding communities in partnership with the college’s programs and departments. Our programs offer lifelong learning opportunities that extend beyond traditional University course offering hundreds of courses to provide students with more choices to promote professional and personal development, skill enrichment, cultural enrichment, and recreational enjoyment, and business and industry training through non‐credit classes and customized training. In 2012 the Helena School District entered into a partnership with Helena College Continuing Education to offer and run the enrichment programs for the school district and expands the resources for both programs and the community.

  • Outreach Activities a. The Agency shall conduct outreach activities for potential Clients to promote the availability of services. b. Outreach activities shall include, but are not limited to, participation in health fairs, community events, collaboration with other providers, and the posting of flyers for potential Clients. c. The Agency shall have an outreach plan and shall provide evidence of such arrangements to the Recipient upon request.

  • Clinical 1.1 Provides comprehensive evidence based nursing care and individual case management to a specific group of patients/clients including assessment, intervention and evaluation. 1.2 Undertakes clinical shifts at the direction of senior staff and the Nursing Director including participation on the on-call/after-hours/weekend roster if required. 1.3 Responsible and accountable for patient safety and quality of care through planning, coordinating, performing, facilitating, and evaluating the delivery of patient care relating to a particular group of patients, clients or staff in the practice setting. 1.4 Monitors, reviews and reports upon the standard of nursing practice to ensure that colleagues are working within the scope of nursing practice, following appropriate clinical pathways, policies, procedures and adopting a risk management approach in patient care delivery. 1.5 Participates in ▇▇▇▇ rounds/case conferences as appropriate. 1.6 Educates patients/carers in post discharge management and organises discharge summaries/referrals to other services, as appropriate. 1.7 Supports and liaises with patients, carers, colleagues, medical, nursing, allied health, support staff, external agencies and the private sector to provide coordinated multidisciplinary care. 1.8 Completes clinical documentation and undertakes other administrative/management tasks as required. 1.9 Participates in departmental and other meetings as required to meet organisational and service objectives. 1.10 Develops and seeks to implement change utilising expert clinical knowledge through research and evidence based best practice. 1.11 Monitors and maintains availability of consumable stock. 1.12 Complies with and demonstrates a positive commitment to Regulations, Acts and Policies relevant to nursing including the Code of Ethics for Nurses in Australia, the Code of Conduct for Nurses in Australia, the National Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse and the Poisons Act 2014 and Medicines and Poisons Regulations 2016. 1.13 Promotes and participates in team building and decision making. 1.14 Responsible for the clinical supervision of nurses at Level 1 and/or Enrolled Nurses/ Assistants in Nursing under their supervision.
