OUR PRICES. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time before you book. If we do, you will be told of the revised price applicable to your booking before you commit yourself. Thereafter the price of your travel arrangements is subject to surcharges for increases in transportation costs, security charges, government imposed increases and other costs imposed by third parties.

OUR PRICES. The prices we provide to you are proprietary prices derived using inputs from different third party price providers. All prices shall be deemed to be indicative and for reference purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that final transaction terms may vary from such indicative prices and that different clients may receive different prices. Any currency conversion will be undertaken at such reasonable market rates as we determine in our commercially reasonable discretion.

OUR PRICES. 8.1.1 If there are Specific Terms, you agree to pay the prices (plus GST) set out in the Specific Terms for electricity supplied to your Connection Point and associated services. You also agree to pay such prices (plus GST) as we may from time to time charge you for electricity and associated services not expressly covered under your Specific Terms, including in circumstances where the services provided are in addition to those services with specified rates identified in your Specific Terms. 8.1.2 If there are no Specific Terms, or the Specific Terms have expired, you agree to pay the prices (plus GST) for electricity and associated services as notified to you by us from time to time 8.1.3 Some price plans may require additional Meters. You may be charged for changes you require to any Meter or other equipment required for the price plan you choose. We will advise you of any such additional costs when you choose your price plan. 8.1.4 If you join us but do not choose a price plan, we will put you on a price plan that we consider best meets your needs.

  • Unit Prices If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.

  • Product Prices Product prices and validity of product prices are stated in the Offer and/or in the Individual Agreement.

  • Prices Prices are firm and not subject to escalation, unless otherwise specified in the invitation for bid.

  • BID PRICES 3.1 Bidders must state in the Attribute Section if the bid prices will remain firm for the full contract period; or if the bid prices will be subject to escalation/de-escalation.

  • FRAMEWORK PRICES Variations in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Schedule 3 to all or part the Framework Prices (as the case may be) shall be made by the Authority to take effect: in accordance with Clause 19.2 (Legislative Change) where an adjustment to the Framework Prices is made in accordance with paragraph 6.1.1 of this Framework Schedule; in accordance with paragraph 3.3.3 and 4.8 of Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking) where an adjustment to the Framework Prices is made in accordance with paragraph 6.1.2 of this Framework Schedule 3; or
