The Supplier’s pricing for each Service element must not exceed the maxima pricing established for that Service element identified in the Maxima Pricing Tables. The Authority and any Other Contracting Body shall compare a Supplier’s proposed Charges in the Service Catalogue or any response to an ITT against the Framework Prices as follows: calculate the annual charge: for a Service element identified in a proposed Charges; and for the equivalent Service element in the Maxima Pricing Table; and

FRAMEWORK PRICES. 2.1 The Framework Prices comprise hourly rates, excluding lunch breaks and fees. Subject to paragraphs 8 and 9, all hourly rates and fees are inclusive of travel and related expenses. Any additional travel and related charges shall be calculated as detailed in paragraphs 6 and 7.
FRAMEWORK PRICES. 1.1 The Framework Prices set out in this Framework Schedule 2 (Price Schedule) are the maximum rates that the Contractor may charge pursuant to any Call-Off Contract.
