Common use of Other Termination by Employee Clause in Contracts

Other Termination by Employee. In the event of the termination of Employee's employment by Employee pursuant to Section 2.06, within ten days of termination Employer shall pay to Employee only the amount of Base Salary accrued pursuant to Section 3.01 through and including the date of termination. No other compensation shall be due or payable under this Agreement in the event of a such a termination.

Other Termination by Employee. In the event of the termination of Employee's employment by Employee pursuant to Section 2.06, 2.06 within ten days of termination termination, Employer shall pay to Employee only the amount of Base Salary accrued pursuant to Section 3.01 through and including the date of termination. Other Termination by Employee. In the event of the termination of Employee's employment by Employee pursuant to Section 2.062.7, within ten days of termination Employer shall pay to Employee only the amount of Base Salary accrued pursuant to Section 3.01 3.1 through and including the date of termination. No other compensation shall be due or payable under this Agreement in the event of a such a termination.

In the event of the termination of Employee's employment by Employee pursuant to Section 2.06, 2.06 within ten (10) days of termination termination, Employer shall pay to Employee only the amount of Base Salary accrued pursuant to Section 3.01 through and including the date of termination. No other compensation shall be due or payable under this Agreement in the event of a such a termination.
