OTHER SERVICE OBLIGATIONS. Any service obli- gation incurred by an officer under an agree- ment entered into under subsection (b) shall be in addition to any service obligation incurred by the officer under any other provision of law or agreement.

OTHER SERVICE OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall at its own expense throughout the Term of this Lease be exclusively responsible for implementing any City, County, Valley Water, State or Federal water conservation program; maintaining distribution system maps and plat maps; preparing any required urban water management plans; and in general, doing all such acts and performing all such services as required to operate the Water System in a manner similar to that in which it operates its own district systems, subject; however, to the provisions of this Lease. All maps, plans and records required by this section and/or through the operation, maintenance and improvement of the Water System shall be transmitted to City at a minimum frequency as specified in the following subsection regarding reports.

  • Secured Party Performance of Debtor Obligations Without having any obligation to do so, the Administrative Agent may perform or pay any obligation which any Grantor has agreed to perform or pay in this Security Agreement and the Grantors shall reimburse the Administrative Agent for any amounts paid by the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Section 8.4. The Grantors’ obligation to reimburse the Administrative Agent pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be a Secured Obligation payable on demand.
