Other Samples. From time to time, COMPANY may request from FRESENIUS, and FRESENIUS shall provide to COMPANY or its designee, samples of Product (other than any Retained Samples that FRESENIUS is required to retain pursuant to GMP) in accordance with the applicable Quality Agreement, Section 16.4, or as otherwise reasonably required by COMPANY. Upon COMPANY’s written request, FRESENIUS will provide such samples to COMPANY or its designee in accordance with the applicable Quality Agreement, or if such samples are for a purpose other than as contemplated under the applicable Quality Agreement (such samples, “Other Samples”), FRESENIUS shall provide such Other Samples to COMPANY or its designee in accordance with COMPANY’s reasonable written instructions according to Prices per unit defined in the relevant Product Schedule plus additional out of pocket costs.
Other Samples. Other samples are products and materials not or only partly manufactured according to standard conditions (including prototype parts). With these samples as well, the drawing up of a measurement report is required upon demand, if necessary with use of forms specified by the RZB end customer. The scope of measurements and reporting is to be agreed upon by the supplier and the ordering party. Clear designation of packaging and delivery documents with the notation 'SAMPLE' and the RZB recipient must be carried out. With new parts, the supplier must agree upon the scope of inspection in the advance quality planning phase.
Other Samples. Other samples refer to products and materials which are not manufactured or not fully manufactured under standard conditions (e.g. prototype parts). The creation of a coordinated inspection and measuring report is also required for these samples. The Supplier must agree upon the scope of the measurements and report must with SAF-HOLLAND. The requirements for the delivery of samples can be found in the supplier guidelines in their respective valid version.

  • Samples The Contractor shall submit the following samples of Materials and relevant information to the Authority’s Engineer for pre-construction review: (a) manufacturer's test reports and standard samples of manufactured Materials; and (b) samples of such other Materials as the Authority’s Engineer may require.

  • RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User. If shrinkage occurs which exceeds that normally allowable in the trade, the Authorized User shall have the option to require delivery of the difference in quantity or to reduce the payment accordingly. Such option shall be exercised in writing by the Authorized User.

  • SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA AND SAMPLES 4.12.1 Shop Drawings are drawings, diagrams, schedules and other, data specially prepared for the Work by the Contractor or any Subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the Work. 4.12.2 Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate a material, product or system for some portion of the Work. 4.12.3 Samples are physical examples which illustrate materials, equipment or workmanship and establish standards by which the Work will be judged. 4.12.4 The Contractor shall review, approve and submit, with reasonable promptness and in such sequence as to cause no delay in the Work or in the work of the State or any separate contractor, all Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples required by the Contract Documents. 4.12.5 By approving and submitting Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples, the Contractor represents that he / she has determined and verified all materials, field measurements, and field construction criteria related thereto, or will do so, and that he / she has checked and coordinated the information contained within such submittals with the requirements of the Work and of the Contract Documents. 4.12.6 The Contractor shall not be relieved of responsibility for any deviation from the requirements of the Contract Documents by the Architect's approval of Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples under Subparagraph 2.2.7 of these General Conditions unless the Contractor has specifically informed the Architect and the State in writing of such deviation at the time of sub- mission and the Architect and the State has given written approval to the specific deviation. The Contractor shall not be relieved from responsibility for errors or omissions in the Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples by the Architect's approval thereof. 4.12.7 The Contractor shall direct specific attention, in writing or on resubmitted Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples, to revisions other than those requested by the Architect on previous submittals. 4.12.8 No portion of the Work requiring submission of a Shop Drawing, Product Data or Sample shall be commenced until the submittal has been approved by the Architect as provided in Subparagraph 2.2.7 of these General Conditions. All such portions of the Work shall be in accordance with approved submittals.
