LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, SunTrust Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc., and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, and filed on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K on May 24, 2016 (the “Effective Sales Agency Agreement”), with any agent or any other representative in respect of at the market offerings of Common Stock in accordance with Rule 415(a)(4) of the Act. The Effective Sales Agency Agreement will be terminated by the Company on or about the date hereof and no further sales of Common Stock will occur under the Effective Sales Agency Agreement.
