Other Rules and Regulations. Cardholder agrees that Cardholder's account shall be subject to all applicable rules and regulations of VISA U.S.A. Inc. as applicable, as well as all applicable laws. If there is any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the rules and regulations of VISA U.S.A. Inc. the rules and regulations of VISA U.S.A Inc., shall control.
