Contract Language The following language shall be included in contracts for City projects between the Consultant and any Subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers: Contractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, gender expression, gender identity, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, or disability in the solicitation, selection, hiring, or treatment of subcontractors, vendors, or suppliers. Consultant shall provide equal opportunity for Subcontractors to participate in opportunities. Consultant understands and agrees that violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of the contract and may result in contract termination, debarment, or other sanctions.
Official Languages (a) Appointments and transfers shall be subject to the Corporate Official Languages Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.

Root-‐zone Information Publication ICANN’s publication of root-‐zone contact information for the TLD will include Registry Operator and its administrative and technical contacts. Commerce eXtensible Markup Language (cXML) This standard establishes the data contents required for invoicing via cXML within the context of an electronic environment. This transaction set can be used for invoicing via the AN for catalog and non-catalog goods and services. The cXML format is the Ariba preferred method for electronic invoicing.
Publication Requirements Those seeking to include renderings of more than 10 images from the UND Biometrics Database in reports, papers, and other documents to be published or released must first obtain approval in writing from the UND Principal Investigator. In no case should the face images be used in a way that could cause the original subject embarrassment or mental anguish.
French Language Services If the HSP is required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the French Language Services Act, the HSP will be required to submit a French language services report to the LHIN. If the HSP is not required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the French Language Service Act, it will be required to provide a report to the LHIN that outlines how the HSP addresses the needs of its local Francophone community.
Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.
