OTHER REQUIREMENTS: REDUCED PARKING REQUIREMENTS. Notwithstanding Part 4.25 where the main building is constructed within fifteen (15) feet of the road right-of-way in accordance with the provisions of Part 13.6, the overall parking requirements for commercial uses within the structure may be reduced by a maximum of fifteen (15) per cent.
