Uses Permitted. The Lessee may occupy and use the premises [select the term that applies, delete the others: (a) only with the written consent of the Lessor/ (b) for office use/ (c) for any lawful purpose/ (d) other – please specify purpose and type of use permitted]. Uses Permitted. The YMCA may use the above described premises for the sole purpose of operating a golf course April to October. The YMCA is authorized to use the facilities for other golf-related or educational programs November through March. The YMCA shall have full authority to set all rates and times of operation for the use of the course. YMCA shall notify the City on or before November 1st each year of its complete rate structure for the following year. The YMCA shall be permitted to limit the amount of time the golf course is open for public use, provided that the golf course is open to the public at least 70% of the time. In addition, YMCA shall guarantee that the golf course shall be open to the public from 7:00 am to 10:00 am every day of the week except Sunday.
Uses Permitted. The Sublessee shall use and occupy the Premises for general use as an office. The Premises shall be for no other purpose. The Sublessor represents that the Premises may lawfully be used for such purpose.

Uses Permitted. (A) Tenant shall not use the Premises or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way conflict with any law, statute, ordinance or governmental rule or regulation or requirement of duly constituted public authorities now in force or which may hereafter be enacted or promulgated. Landlord shall be responsible for compliance of the structure, as well as exterior walls, interior walls, and water, plumbing, gas, electricity, heating, air conditioning and other utility delivery systems, with any law, statute, ordinance or governmental rule or regulation of requirement which applies to or controls such structure or utility delivery system except for renovations performed by Tenant. In the event any changing, adjusting, or retrofitting of any portion of the Premises is required in order to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, or any legislation, rules or regulations with a similar purpose during the term of this lease agreement, the parties shall discuss the responsibility of the parties' responsibility of bearing the cost of such compliance. If the parties cannot agree on a sharing arrangement of such costs, Tenant shall have the following options: (i) Tenant may elect to terminate its tenancy with all sums due hereunder being prorated to the date of Tenant vacating the Premises, or (ii) Tenant bearing the expense of ADA compliance and thereafter Tenant may offset future rental payments due hereunder against the expense incurred by Tenant.
Uses Permitted. The Premises are to be used by Lessee and its employees solely for the operation of a Part Day Preschool Program from Monday through Friday during the school year. Lessee shall not use, or permit said Premises, or any part thereof, to be used for any other purpose which may interfere with the conduct of any education program in progress at the Premises. Lessee shall not permit the maintenance or commission of a nuisance upon the Premises or use the Premises for an unlawful purpose or in an unlawful manner.
Uses Permitted. Each Site shall be used only for manufacturing, processing, storage wholesale, office, laboratory, professional research and development activities; and there shall not be permitted any junk or salvage yard or any other use which will be offensive to the neighborhood by reason of odor, fumes, dust, smoke, noise, or pollution or will be hazardous by reason of danger of fire or explosion.
