Other Release Time. An employee covered by this Agreement who is a member of the executive committee, Representative Assembly, a committee or task force of either the local or the BCTF, the CTF, the BC College of Teachers or appointed an official representative or delegate of the local or the BCTF, or who is an Association staff representative, shall be entitled to release time without loss of pay from instructional duties to carry out the duties involved. Such release from duties shall be granted without loss of pay and shall be granted subject only to the Board being reimbursed for the cost of the teacher-on-call.
