Common use of Other Positions Clause in Contracts

Employee agrees to serve without additional compensation (other than compensation accruing to any other person serving in such capacity), if elected or appointed a director of the Employer or any of its subsidiaries, provided that Employee is indemnified for serving in any and all such capacities on a basis no less favorable than is currently provided other directors.
