Other Pipeline Liquids. INEOS shall retain absolute discretion in respect of the acceptance or otherwise, and the conditions of any such acceptance, into the FPS System of Pipeline Liquids other than Shippers Pipeline Liquids. Acceptance of Pipeline Liquids other than Shippers Pipeline Liquids shall be without prejudice to the Shippers Group's rights under this Agreement.
