Loan Party Documents On or before the Closing Date, Company shall, and shall cause each other Loan Party to, deliver to Lenders (or to Administrative Agent for Lenders with sufficient originally executed copies, where appropriate, for each Lender and its counsel) the following with respect to Company or such Loan Party, as the case may be, each, unless otherwise noted, dated the Closing Date:
Other Loan Documents The occurrence of any default under any Loan Document or any other agreement between Borrower and Lender and such default continues for more than ten (10) days after the earlier of (a) Lender has given notice of such default to Borrower, or (b) Borrower has actual knowledge of such default; or
Property Documents Lender shall have received the following documents with respect to the Property in form and substance acceptable to Lender:
Perform Loan Documents Borrower shall observe, perform and satisfy all the terms, provisions, covenants and conditions of, and shall pay when due all costs, fees and expenses to the extent required under the Loan Documents executed and delivered by, or applicable to, Borrower.
Existing Loan Documents Copies of all Existing Loan Documents.
Additional Loan Documents Borrower shall have executed and delivered to Lender such other documents as shall have been requested by Lender to renew, and extend, the Loan Documents to secure payment of the Obligations of Borrower, all in form satisfactory to Lender and its counsel.
Senior Loan Documents Borrower represents and warrants that it has provided PFG with true and complete copies of all existing Senior Loan Documents, and Borrower covenants that it will, in the future, provide PFG with true and complete copies of any future Senior Loan Documents, including without limitation any amendments to any existing Senior Loan Documents.
Amendments to Other Loan Documents (a) All references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall henceforth include references to the Credit Agreement, as modified and amended hereby, and as may, from time to time, be further amended, modified, extended, renewed, and/or increased.
Compliance with Loan Documents Borrower will promptly and completely comply with and observe and perform all covenants and provisions of each Loan Document. In furtherance of the foregoing, but in no way limiting the generality thereof, the proceeds of each Loan will be used strictly in compliance with Section 2.16.
Conflicts with Other Loan Documents Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement (or in another Loan Document by specific reference to the applicable provision contained in this Agreement), if any provision contained in this Agreement conflicts with any provision of any other Loan Document, the provision contained in this Agreement shall govern and control.
