Other Initial Contributions of Members. In addition to the Capital Contributions of the Members as set forth in Section 2.1, a., the Members shall contribute the following services and or property, and be responsible for performing the following tasks for the Company (“Other Initial Contributions”), which shall not increase or decrease each Member’s Capital Account or Percentage Interest. Other Contribution in addition to the Other Initial Contributions (“Additional Other Contributions”) shall be as determined by the Management Committee.
