Common use of Other Governmental Matters Clause in Contracts

Other Governmental Matters. Subject to the last sentence of Section 5(b)(i), each of the Parties shall take any additional action that may be necessary, proper, or advisable in connection with any other notice to, filings with, and authorizations, consents, and approvals of governments and governmental agencies that it may be required to give, make or obtain in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
