Lost Certificate. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Purchase Warrant and of reasonably satisfactory indemnification or the posting of a bond, the Company shall execute and deliver a new Purchase Warrant of like tenor and date. Any such new Purchase Warrant executed and delivered as a result of such loss, theft, mutilation or destruction shall constitute a substitute contractual obligation on the part of the Company.
Lost Certificate. If any Company Certificate shall have been lost, stolen or destroyed, upon the making of an affidavit of that fact by the Person claiming such Company Certificate to be lost, stolen or destroyed and, if required by Parent, the posting by such Person of a bond, in such reasonable and customary amount as Parent may direct, as indemnity against any claim that may be made against it with respect to such Company Certificate, the Exchange Agent will promptly issue in exchange for such lost, stolen or destroyed Company Certificate the Merger Consideration.

Lost Certificate. If the Warrant Certificate evidencing the Warrants issued hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed the Company shall issue and countersign a new Warrant Certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the Warrant Certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed provided that the Holder shall bear the reasonable cost of the issue thereof and in case of loss, destruction or theft, shall, as a condition precedent to the issue thereof, furnish to the Company such evidence of ownership and of the loss, destruction or theft of the Warrant Certificate as shall be satisfactory to the Company, in its sole discretion acting reasonably, and the Holder may also be required to furnish an indemnity in form satisfactory to the Company, in its sole discretion acting reasonably, and shall pay the reasonable charges of the Company in connection therewith.
Lost Certificate. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Purchase Option and of reasonably satisfactory indemnification or the posting of a reasonably sufficient bond, the Company shall deliver to Holder a new Purchase Option of like tenor and date to this Purchase Option in the name of Holder. Any such new Purchase Option shall constitute a substitute contractual obligation on the part of the Company.

Any such new Underwriter Warrant executed and delivered as a result of such loss, theft, mutilation or destruction shall constitute a substitute contractual obligation on the part of the Company.
Lost Certificate. If this Warrant Certificate becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed the Corporation may, on such terms, as it may in its discretion impose, issue and countersign a new certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as this Warrant Certificate. The applicant for the issue of a new Warrant Certificate pursuant to this Section 18 shall bear the cost of the issue thereof and in the case of mutilation shall as a condition precedent to the issue thereof, deliver to the Corporation the mutilated Warrant Certificate, and in case of loss, destruction or theft shall, as a condition precedent to the issue thereof, furnish to the Corporation such evidence of ownership and of the loss, destruction or theft of the Warrant Certificate so lost, destroyed or stolen as shall be satisfactory to the Corporation in its discretion, acting reasonably, and the applicant shall also be required to furnish an indemnity and surety bond in amount and form satisfactory to the Corporation in its discretion, acting reasonably, and shall pay the reasonable charges of the Corporation in connection therewith.
Lost Certificate. If this Warrant is lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed, the Company shall, on such terms as the Company may reasonably impose, including a requirement that the Warrantholder obtain a bond, issue a new Warrant of like denomination, tenor and date.
