Common use of Other Factors Clause in Contracts

Other Factors. The department chair, with any necessary input from the evaluatee, will rate standards 1-6 of the Part-Time Faculty Evaluation Rating Form by the scheduled date. Any documented commendations or concerns provided by the department chair and/or the appropriate administrator may be used to complete these standards. Any documents used must be included in the Final Report.
