Other Duties of Cooperation. As a condition of coverage under this Excess Plan, every Covered Party must satisfy the duties of cooperation as set forth in Section VIII B through E of the PLF Primary Plan. These conditions are incorporated in this Plan by reference, and have the same force and effect as if fully set forth in this Plan.
