Other Claims A claim for indemnification for any matter not involving a Third-Party Claim may be asserted by notice to the party from whom indemnification is sought and shall be paid promptly after such notice.
Other Clients Seller acknowledges that the Broker may or may not have other clients with similar property characteristics as the Seller. Broker shall not favor any client’s property over the Seller’s Property for any reason.

Other Cooperation The Concessioner shall provide the Director and the New Concessioner with such other cooperation as reasonably may be requested.
Other Contractors District reserves the right to enter into other agreements for work additional or related to the subject matter of this Contract, and Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with these other contractors and with the District. When requested by District, Contractor shall coordinate its performance under this Contract with such additional or related work.
