Other Corporate Documents. Such other documents and certificates as the Administrative Agent or its counsel may reasonably request relating to the organization, existence and good standing of each Obligor, the authorization of the Transactions and any other legal matters relating to the Obligors, the Loan Documents or the Transactions, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its counsel.

Other Corporate Documents. The Agent shall have received all documents it may reasonably request relating to the existence and good standing of the Credit Parties and to the authorization, execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and other matters relevant hereto, including current incumbency information for the officers of the Credit Parties, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and its counsel in their reasonable discretion.
