Other Constituents. Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas shall not contain any carbon monoxide, halogens or unsaturated hydrocarbons, and no more than 400 parts per million of hydrogen.
Other Constituents. All Customer Injected NGLs delivered hereunder shall be commercially free from well treating chemicals, liquid water, dirt, dust, crude oil, gums, iron particles, arsenic, mercury, selenium, radon, antimony and other impurities, in each case, which, individually or in the aggregate, would adversely affect the utilization of such Customer Injected NGLs.
Other Constituents. All Customer Gas delivered hereunder shall be commercially free from well treating chemicals, liquid water, dirt, dust, crude oil, gums, iron particles, arsenic, mercury, selenium, radon, antimony and other impurities or noncombustible gases, in each case, which, individually or in the aggregate, would adversely affect the utilization of such Customer Gas. TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**).

The Injected Liquids delivered hereunder shall be commercially free from well treating chemicals, liquid water, dirt, dust, crude oil, gums, iron particles, arsenic, mercury, selenium, radon, antimony and other impurities, in each case, which, individually or in the aggregate, would adversely affect the utilization of such Injected Liquids, or any residue gas produced therefrom, at any applicable Downstream Facility.

The Gas delivered hereunder shall be commercially free from well treating chemicals, liquid water, dirt, dust, crude oil, gums, iron particles, arsenic, mercury, selenium, radon, antimony and other impurities or noncombustible gases, in each case, which, individually or in the aggregate, would adversely affect the utilization or processing of such Gas.
