Other Consequences of Default. The Producer acknowledges that in the event of a Default, the Producer may be denied access to other federal agricultural support programs and that the Government of Canada has the right to set-off from any other federal agricultural support programs any outstanding Advance indebtedness payable by the Producer, if the Producer is in Default under this Agreement.
