OTHER COMPENSATION ISSUES. 34.01 Where an accident report has not been completed during the shift, the employee will be paid fifteen minutes at straight time rates to complete the report at the end of their shift. Any additional time over 15 minutes will be paid to the next even 10 minutes.

Employees who must report to the police station when off duty regarding an accident they were involved in while driving a Commission vehicle will be paid for one hour at their straight time rate. Any additional time over one hour will be paid to the next even 10 minutes.
