Other Claims Subject to Arbitration. In addition to Claims brought by either you or the Bank, Claims made by or against Green Dot or by or against anyone connected with you or the Bank or claiming through you or the Bank (including a second cardholder, employee, agent, representative, affiliated company, predecessor or successor, heir, assignee, or trustee in bankruptcy) shall be subject to arbitration as described herein.

In addition to Claims made by or against either you or us, Claims made by or against anyone connected with you or us or claiming through you or us (including any employee, agent, representative, affiliated company, predecessor or successor, heir, assignee or trustee in bankruptcy) are subject to arbitration as described herein.

Other Claims Subject to Arbitration. In addition to Claims brought by either you or Xxxxx IQ, Claims made by or against an employee, agent, representative, affiliated company, or subsidiary of Xxxxx IQ will be subject to arbitration as described herein.

In addition to Claims made by or against either you or Apple, Claims made by or against anyone connected with you or Apple or claiming through you or Apple (including any employee, agent, representative, affiliated company, predecessor or successor, heir, assignee or trustee in bankruptcy) are subject to arbitration as described herein.

In addition to Claims brought by either you or the Bank, Claims by or against EZ Corp and its affiliates, anyone connected with you or the Bank or claiming through you or the Bank (including a second cardholder, employee, agent, representative, affiliated company, predecessor or successor, heir, assignee, or trustee in bankruptcy) shall be subject to arbitration as described herein.
