Orientation and Training Program. The District's staff will provide an orientation program for new employees to acquaint them with the District's policies and procedures, the school's rules and regulations, and the responsibilities of their position. Before beginning employment, each employee must sign the Acknowledgement of Mandated Reporter Status form as provided in policy 5:90, Abused and Neglected Child Reporting.
Orientation and Training Program. WVS shall provide an orientation and training program for the purpose of educating SILITEK's personnel in the use, operation, technical support, maintenance, management, and assistance for manufacturing of the FPM.
Orientation and Training Program. Not later than thirty (30) days prior to the Final Acceptance Date, Subcontractor shall provide Contractor's personnel with a practical, participatory orientation and training program for the purpose of educating Contractor's personnel in the proper operation and maintenance of the Subsystem and all Equipment. Such program shall consist of at least eight (8) to sixteen (16) hours of instruction based upon the criteria referred to in Exhibit D hereto, and shall address all aspects of System operation, as modified by the Project, including normal operation, emergency procedures and routine maintenance.
Orientation and Training Program. WVS shall provide an orientation and training program for the purpose of educating SPOT's personnel in the use, operation, technical support, maintenance, management, and assistance for manufacturing of the FPM. WVS shall also provide to SPOT all improvements with respect to the FPM subject to the terms of this agreement and, in order to maintain a competitive product, shall use its best efforts to make incremental improvements to the technology.

Related to Orientation and Training Program

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Education and Training The foundation of this Program is education and voluntary compliance. It is recognized that alcohol and chemical dependency may make voluntary cessation of use difficult, and one of the Program’s principal aims is to make voluntary steps toward ending substance abuse easily available. The outside contractor shall review and develop on-going educational and training information on the adverse consequences of substance abuse and the responsibility to avoid being under the influence of alcohol or chemicals at work. Certain training required by the DOT Regulations shall be the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Program.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until they have received proper training and instruction. (b) The Employer shall provide sufficient and adequate training and/or orientation to any employee working in a new or unfamiliar work area or position.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.
