Order Delays. Subject to section 2. a. "Trading Authorization" of this Agreement, we will act on your instructions as soon as is practicable under the circumstances. Certain circumstances may result in a delay in our acting on your instructions.
Order Delays. Distributor may delay delivery of any accepted order, provided that the rescheduled delivery date occurs during the term of this Agreement and provided further that Distributor shall pay a rescheduling fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the Product order purchase price if Distributor's change order is received by Patriot 20 days or later after order acceptance.
