(Optional) Documentary Evidence of Usage of Goods. (When appropriate) The Tenderer shall furnish documentary evidence satisfactory to the Procuring Entity to demonstrate that similar Goods as offered in the Tender have been in successful use or operation for the last years. If the Tenderer is a JV, the evidence of demonstrated usage of Goods supplied in the past shall be in the name of the JV.
